The last time I looked at Chicago Bridge & Iron Company Stock was in June of this year. At that time quite a few investors had emailed me regarding the stock and what I thought were “safe” Put Selling opportunities.
Since June I have continued to receive questions regarding the stock and it is often a stock being mentioned on my Yahoo Options Group. The most recent email on CBI Stock is below along with a review of the company since June.
Investor Questions:
Hey Teddi; I followed your June advice on CBI but I keep getting sucked into selling too high put strikes because of the premium. The premiums are so tempting on this stock and I do not have to go far out either. Has your outlook changed at all? I have some shares that were assigned just below $50 and I am down about 10% in value but have made a lot on selling covered calls. Do you have any further advice? Thanks. Anna
