Among the 5 key tips I am presenting is Tip number two, the importance of reducing exposure and protecting capital at risk in trades. Analysts are not calling this the start of a bear market and indeed, it probably is not. But there are never assurances in any market environment. Equities are among the riskiest of investments. This is why reducing exposure to capital in use, in a downturn, is important.

Here is tip 2 which outlines many methods I have used to reduce my exposure of capital in use during downturns as well as bear markets.
