Coca Cola Stock is a mainstay of my portfolio. It has been in my portfolio since the 1970’s. I remember trading options on Coca Cola Stock at a time when they were done “over the counter” which is still referred to as OTC. You had to call your broker and pay ridiculous commission fees to sell options. Worse was listen to the broker tell you why you shouldn’t be doing anything as risky as selling options. More than one full service broker told me I would be “losing my shirt” trading over the counter in options.
But “fond memories” aside (sarcasm intended), Coca Cola Stock fits in well with my outlook as the economy heads out of a zero interest rate environment.
I have been watching Coca Cola Stock since the correction back in late August. I have a number of small trades still open in Coca Cola including what was a leap trade and today I have started yet another trade.
