Over the past 45 years it has definitely become obvious to me that I was born to sell options for income. The amount of profits I can make through selling premium rather than buying it, is at times staggering. There were some big advantages when I realized I was born to sell options rather than buy them. There is the lack of losses as everyone knows that more than 90% of all options expire worthless. That means my trades are from the outset, stacked in my favor. Then there is the consistent profits that pour into my account every single day, every week, every month and every year.
These are like small streams of income coming from some of the biggest corporations in the world and some of the most stable ones. Each of these streams pours into a bigger stream which by the end of a week, pours into a river of profits that builds my portfolios.
Born To Sell Options
Case in point in my trade today in PepsiCo Stock. This is a mammoth company in both size of operation, huge number of distributors both domestic and global and incredibly large product range. Finally there is the history behind the company which includes consistent growth, dividend increases and careful planning of future expansion. The market cap of PepsiCo is $164 billion with revenue of $63.3 billion. Debt is 75.9% and the dividend payout ratio is 64.67%. All of this points to future capability of the company to keep growing and paying out dividends. It also means I can keep selling options against this company and earn consistent income which keeps the “PepsiCo stream of profits” trickling into my larger river of income. I was definitely born to sell options!
