For the Toronto Stock Exchange, the pullback of last week is almost forgotten as the Toronto stock exchange barely scratched the surface of the 50 day moving average. Instead the Toronto Stock Exchange remains one of the more bullish global indexes sitting almost 13% higher for the year to date.

Analysts are beginning to voice concerns about overvaluation within the stocks of the Toronto Stock Exchange. Here is my outlook for the 4th week of August 2014 and what I am expecting as stocks continue to trade above the 50 day moving average despite warnings from analysts.
