The outlook for the Toronto Stock Exchange for Thursday was for selling to possibly start to “dry up” and the index to try to move higher. Instead we saw another triple digit gain for stocks, but once more not all sectors joined in. This is part of the reason why the technical indicators continue to remain cautious and weak.
