Stock Market Outlook - Mixed

There is not enough time this evening to do a full market analysis. However after review the technical indicators, stocks have a slight bias to the upside following Tuesday’s close but in general the outlook remains mixed.

The stimulus talks are what the market is focused on for Wednesday. Any positive news and the indexes will all move higher. Any negative news and they will move lower.
