The market slipped a bit further on Friday although it did spend much of the day attempting a small bounce. The market is facing stiff headwinds which include declining oil prices; strong dollar; disappointing revenue and earnings numbers from many companies; worries over who will win the Presidency on Tuesday.
However futures this evening point to a huge jump in the market for Monday as the FBI have indicated they will not be pursuing further the Clinton Emails and polls continue to show Mrs Clinton still in the lead. That has the market in a buying mood.
At the time of my writing this article, the Dow futures are up 200 points and the S&P is up 27.50 points. The NASDAQ looks set to open up over 70 points.
These numbers may change by the open but overall the outlook is definitely up for Monday.
