For Monday July 1, the futures indicate a large jump at the open on trading. With the meeting between President Trump and President Xi ending with an agreement to stop further tariffs and continue trade negotiations. It was a successful weekend which included the meeting between Trump and Kim Jong Un in North Korea.
With the futures early Monday morning showing a 300 point advance for the Dow and 35 point advance to a new all-time high for the S&P, the outlook is obviously for a very positive day on Monday and probably Tuesday.
There is no technical analysis tonight as the outlook is solidly higher for Monday and will see a new SPX all-time high.
