Quick Comments – Handling The Trade Into Election Results Before Markets Open Nov 9 2016

At the time of writing these Quick Comments the outcome of the election for the Presidency is still too close to call. I felt that Hillary Clinton had much stronger support than what the numbers tonight are showing. Whether Clinton wins or Trumps wins, tomorrow could easily see a drop in the markets. Even if Clinton wins the Presidency there is bound to be a drop as the election voting shows a very polarized electorate.

As investors may recall I have a large trade which was setup on Monday Nov 7 to take advantage of possible volatility around the election results on Nov 9.

These quick comments outline how I will be handling that trade, especially with the futures showing the market may open below 2050 on the S&P which would be a drop of 88.50 points.
