The decline on Monday of this week in Facebook Stock was stunning as it collapsed down to $72, but it is even more stunning when you view it in context of the one year chart.
Looking at the past 12 months of Facebook Stock only in the October correction of 2014 did the stock fall as low as it did on Monday. The negative volume which you can see in the chart below represented in red bars was dominant from Aug 20 until Aug 24. Immediately following the collapse on Monday Aug 24, buyers have stepped in and almost as impressive they have pushed the stock up $18 for a gain of 25% this week in the stock.
The stock though, broke through all support levels for the year on Monday and that could be setting the stock up for some trouble.
My trades this year have all ended successfully. This has consistently churned out profits for my portfolio. My last trade in Facebook Stock was for 15 put contracts all of them expiring today. This is setting up the next round of trades in Facebook Stock.
