The last trades in Facebook Stock (FB) were on Tuesday Oct 26. At that time the stock was collapsing following disappointing earnings. While I bought shares that day, the stock did continue to move lower until Oct 28 when a rebound commenced. The rebound was tied to some degree with a name change to META and the company outlining future products and ideas for more growth outside advertising.
