The June 2014 employment news from Canada today was disappointing. The Canadian Unemployment rate rose to 7.1% in June. The economy lost 9,000 jobs but by looking deeper into the numbers you can see there are additional problems that will need to be addressed.

These problems, in my opinion are advising me to stay invested in Canadian equities at this time. This article discusses my outlook on Canadian equities following the release of the June employment numbers.
