In the morning Investing Strategy Notes today, I outlined this trade in the 40% Goal Portfolio which was planned for today. The 40% Goal Portfolio is using the IWM ETF exclusively. Today with the IWM ETF lower, I setup the trade as outlined.
The data feed I use indicated markets close today at 1:00 PM however I did see a notice at 12:00 from NYSE indicating they are open to 4:00 PM. If correct, this gives my trade more time for further fills as outlined in the trade alert.
The equity being used is exclusively the IWM ETF which follows the small cap universe of stocks in the Russell 2000. The goal of this portfolio is to earn 40% every 12 months in the portfolio. For 2025 the portfolio met that goal.
