The Market Direction Outlook for the Toronto Stock Exchange for Tuesday Apr 21 was for stocks to bounce at the open drift higher and then sell lower.
By the close of the day the TSX was off the lows but still down not quite half a percent at 15,346.44 for a loss of 66.16 points. The decline on Tuesday was only a mild loss for the index.
