Facebook Stock in the recent pullback held up quite well. The stock is now trading at over 75 times price to earnings and 57.9 times price to cash flow. This is without doubt a speculative trade. While it does not have the same multiples as a stock such as Amazon, its cash flow multiple is much higher than Amazon’s.
Still, there is strength here and that’s what makes trading in Facebook Stock so interesting and most of the time profitable.
I am hoping this will be another trade to end the year and bring in additional profits over the Christmas period. I like this time period as there are short trading days and a holiday in the week. That helps place the odds of success in my favor.
Facebook Stock Upcoming Trade Alert for Dec 22 2014
Facebook Stock has been my speculative trade for 2014. While volatility has declined making option premiums not as attractive I am still generating significant returns from trading Facebook Stock. This next trade I am hoping to pick up about 10% against capital at risk.
Here is the latest trade idea I plan to enter on Monday Dec 22 or Tuesday Dec 23 depending on the movement of the stock. I will have my offers in just before the open on Monday.
