If you are not comfortable with specific trades, but find them intriguing, paper trade them either on paper or by opening a paper-trading account with your discount broker. If you are unsure how to set one up or even get one, call your broker.
Paper-trading through your broker is the same as actual trading with both profits and losses, but since you are not using “real money” to trade you can learn how to trade and not lose precious capital.
