Twitter Stock TWTREarnings were good for Twitter for the quarter and the company posted the third consecutive profit at 13 cents a share or adjusted at 17 cents a share. This beat estimates by 1 cent but subscriber growth fell by one million to 355 million. This came amid reports of the deletion of millions of fake accounts. Meanwhile active users also declined by 3 million.

There were also concerns about the cost of what Twitter is referring to as health initiatives which include removing any signs of hate tweets, fake accounts, election meddling by foreign powers among other related issues.
