The past week did see a rise in all three indexes, but gains were muted, trading choppy and the end of the week saw the lowest level of new highs since the end of January.
Still Wednesday was a particularly strong day for equities which came on the back of a well received speech by President Trump to Congress, Tuesday evening.
By the end of the week indexes were up, even if only modestly.
