The second week of July defied the majority of analysts as the S&P and Dow made new all-time highs. The NASDAQ is within 20 points of its old high. A lot of the rally was on the back of comments from Fed Chair Janet Yellen who seemed to indicate the Fed may be slowing on interest rate increases.
The closing prices on Friday brings up the question of whether the rally will continue this week.
