I am a bit surprised at the weakness in Intel Stock since the middle of January.  I had expected the stock to hold the $30 valuation fairly easily. No other company in the world has the dominance Intel has in the semiconductor sector. The stock trades at just 12.3 times price to earnings and just 6.8 times price to cash flow. Cash flow is $4.09 per share and book value is $12.93. Intel has a profit margin of 20.63% whereas most in the industry are at 10% or lower. The dividend of $1.04 is 3.61% and the payout ratio is just 39.81% meaning that the company can pay the dividend and increase it for years to come even if sales were flat, which they are not.

Debt to capital is a paltry 27%. Revenue is $55.4 billion and market cap is $135.3 billion. In a word, Intel is huge.
