As discussed in this article this morning I felt one of the better trades I have been watching is in AT&T Stock which remains under pressure and is clinging to the $35 support level. AT&T Stock trades under the symbol T on New York. It is widely held by pension funds and institutional investors which helps to give the stock support. The dividend of $1.84 also lends tremendous support to the stock.
This morning AT&T Stock is possibly breaking the $35 support level. If that level is going to break it sets T Stock up for some tremendously profitable trade possibilities. I entered two this morning and am prepared to increase my capital at risk in AT&T Stock.
The next level of support in AT&T Stock is down at $33.00 which gives the stock a lot of room to wander which means good profits in a very strong stock. AT&T Stock is one of those that you have to wait for the opportunities to arise and then take them when they happen. That means applying more capital to the trade at times which does increase risk of possible loss. But with a multitude of rescue strategies available, I sleep well knowing that AT&T Stock continues to grow my portfolio.
