SPX – Second Week of July

The second week of July opened with the S&P at 2131.72 having broken through the 2100 the week prior. During the week the S&P repeatedly pushed to try to take the 2170 level but failed. The close for the week was 2161.74 for a gain of 30 points or 1.4%.
