Tomorrow's Trade Portfolio -April 2017 review

As I continue to update the portfolios, the Tomorrow’s Trade Portfolio continues to pour in profits. By the end of April the Portfolio was up 17.6%. It was one of the stronger months for profits as the portfolio earned $17,900 in one month.

The goal of the Tomorrow’s Trade Portfolio is to earn 30% for the year. The portfolio is well on its way to earning that by the end of 2017.

The Tomorrow’s Trade Portfolio by the end of April had earned $44,119.50 against available capital of $250,000.

The portfolio is based on $250,000 of available capital but for April, the most capital that was in use was $200,000. Investors with smaller portfolios should consider scaling their trades to match the size of their portfolios as a percentage. For example, a $50,000 portfolio could scale trades to be 20% of the size being done. This should assist smaller portfolios to grow at a similar rate as the overall Tomorrow’s Trade Portfolio is gaining.

This is typical of many trades that at times end up in the money but can be rolled sometimes for months before the stock recovers or shares are assigned.

Another trade was the McKesson Stock (MCK) credit put spread of April 7 that ended up with shares assigned and then ……
