I am sorry to have to post this here however I am hoping this message will get to a member who today has had trouble logging into his account and has sent quite a few emails asking for help.
Jake tech support has repeatedly tried to email you all day starting this morning but most of the emails are bouncing back to us. Can you place the domain fullyinformed.com into your white list or safe senders list or address book to try to help them be delivered.
Also can you use the Yahoo Forum by any chance so you can communicate with me. Your account is active and working fine but your password is being entered incorrectly so this evening I have changed your password to a new one but I would prefer not to post it online.
