AT&T Stock has been a little goldmine for my portfolio. Each month I have one or two trades open and every month this stock places more income into my portfolio. The stock though is in a general decline but at the present time, the dividend seems to be the key aspect which keeps this stock afloat.
AT&T Stock – Some Stats To Remember
The company is trading at a rather hefty 32.3 times price to earnings which is high for Telecom. Price to sales however is below the industry average at .5 times and price to book is also below the average at 2 times. In other words the book value of this company is $16.65 which at $32.80 is roughly half the value of the stock, so in many regards the company is cheap to own.
Return on investment is low at 2.09% and the dividend payout ratio is 04.44% which basically means the dividend long-term if this company failed to grow, is unsustainable. Revenue is huge at $133 billion which is………..the rest of this article is for FullyInformed USA Members
