FAQ – The No Refund Policy

FullyInformed.com is a personal website. I do not handle the transactions on my website but instead use PayPal. By using PayPal to process credit cards and other forms of payment, your security and privacy are guaranteed by PayPal. I store no credit card or payment information on the website making your privacy as secure as possible.

Unfortunately I am unable to process refunds. Not only is it time consuming but it is also expensive to process refunds back through PayPal. This is why for new members I always indicate they should join for one month to start. One month allows adequate time to determine the suitability of the content on FullyInformed.com.

My No Refunds policy is on the join page in several places and on the renewal page to remind investors that I cannot offer refunds.  Please also note that I indicate new members should consider joining for just one month in several places on the join website.

No Refund notices

No Refund notices like this one are on the join page.

Other areas are clearly marked where investors sign up on the join page such as below:

Select Your Membership also indicates there are no refunds

There are a number of no refund notices on the join and renewal pages such as this example.

Also when an investor joins they have to select to agree to the terms and conditions as per below, which when they review the terms and conditions indicates I do not offer refunds. Investors cannot join without selecting that they agree to the terms and conditions which means they understand there are no refunds. The image below shows the terms and conditions check box that must be selected prior to an investor joining.  If this check box is not selected, an investor is unable to join as the transaction cannot be processed.
