The first week of June certainly has the June Bustin Out Strategy working out well.

The Past Week’s Action

The week started with the S&P at 2108.64.  It rose to a high of 2121.92 on Wednesday but the decline of Bond yields in Germany took the wind out of the rally and by Friday the S&P had fallen to a low of 2085.67 before closing the week out at 2092.83. The decline for the week from Monday to Friday’s close was modest and does not seem to have the intensity of the past several pullbacks.
