One of the strategies that works well with stocks, particularly commodity type stocks is the Color Code System when it has been adjusted for commodity related stocks. I originally designed this stock and option strategy for big cap dividend paying stocks. I have used it for more than three decades with excellent results.
Now with the collapse of oil (2015) along with many other commodities, I am back using the color code system.
The whole concept is to add a better degree of safety when trading. It is meant to advise when to get into a trade and what type of additional strategy to choose along with what valuations to be considering. I will be using the strategy often for stocks in upcoming trades. A good example is a recent trade being setup in Suncor Energy Stock, which I will be posting later today.
For FullyInformed members, here is the Color Code System outline to help learn the method, how it functions, a typical setup and how to trade with it for profits and protection. The article is lengthy at 2200 words but lays a solid foundation for understanding how this system functions.
