To date the Biweekly Put Selling Strategy continues to crank out profits and I have yet to be assigned any shares. As well the Biweekly Put Selling Strategy trades I have done are moving the profits back to a point where they may challenge the returns from last year. With the goal still being to earn $1 million by the end of 2017 there is just a little over 2 years left so I need these weekly trades to continue to generate good returns. The September trades returned almost 20% against the capital invested. I am hoping for a better October.
Apple is one huge company. The outlook for the future remains very bright and I convinced that this company will end up being worth a lot more in the future than it is today. Apple Pay is just getting underway as is the Apple smart-watch which I saw recently and the apps that are coming are pretty astounding. While the company still earns the bulk of its revenue from the iPhone you can tell that the company is determined that it will continue to evolve and offer more and more products. At some point I won’t be surprised if they start their own bank services. With hundreds of billions in cash they are able to move into more traditional areas of industries such as their announcement of the Apple auto. Wouldn’t GM or Ford love to have their kind of cash.
There are two trades done today and while the second trade does not return as much as the first, the level of safety is very high and yet the return is still around 39% for the year which I think is a terrific gain if it is repeated consistently.
