The end of March marked the worst month for the TSX since 1987. The rally on Tuesday of 340 points managed to see the month of March end down 25.55% from the all-time high set at the end of February, however for a bear market, so far, this is still not as deep as the bear market of 2008 to 2009. It is though, the sharpest one month decline since October 1987. It is also the worst March in TSX history.
Here is the TSX Composite Index outlook for Wed Apr 1 2020 as we start another month. Fingers crossed it’s better than March.
