For FullyInformed USA Members here are my morning strategy notes for August 28 2014. The morning started off with news out of Ukraine of Russian ground forces being involved inside Ukrainian territory. The plunge at the outset only jumped the VIX Index to around $12.70 and since then it has been a steady decline in volatility.
