For Friday, the final trading day of February, the outlook was for stocks to move higher unless oil continued its decline. Momentum and both stochastic indicators show there is strength in the TSX. For Friday the TSX was up for much of the day but then fell into the close down just 6.82 points. This was another day where the TSX gave back a rally.
