For FullyInformed members here is the Market Direction Outlook for the Toronto Stock Exchange for Wednesday Feb 24 2016.
The TSX on Tuesday pulled back as expected although the pullback was minor.
Toronto Stock Exchange Declines 82.19 Points
The morning saw the TSX open and swiftly climb thanks to solid bank earnings that seemed to stun even the analysts. But sadly, the price of oil was already declining and within half an hour the rally was over and the market began its decline. The decline lasted all day and closed just off the lows, down 82.19 points to close at 12,763.44.
With resistance at 13,000 holding the market advance in check at present, the decline was anticipated although not as deep as I would have expected. The 12,750 support level which is light support, held the market decline in check. Next support is down at 12,500.
