The Canadian Stock Market on Tuesday pulled back as energy and gold stocks as well as financials fell. Energy stocks pulling back was at odds with a rise in the price of oil as OPEC members continue to promote a possible upcoming meeting as well as cooperation between OPEC and Russia on oil production. Whether any of it every really results in anything is definitely questionable, but for now investors are content to believe oil will continue to advance.
TSX Composite Index Falls 73.58 Points
By the end of the day the TSX Composite Index closed down 73.58 points to end the day at 14,703.44.
Despite the pullback of half a percent, the TSX continues to trade above the 14500 technical level…………………..the rest of the Canadian Stock Market Outlook for Tomorrow is for members.
