Trade Alert On The Market Direction Portfolio – June 30 2014

As explained in my Investing Strategy Notes Before The Markets Open, and the market direction outlook for today I planned to enter the market direction portfolio this morning during what I believe is just weakness.

The market weakness this morning provided the opportunity I was looking for and I have done two trades in the market direction portfolio this morning.

The ongoing early morning weakness has become the opportune entry point for many trades. While a lot of investing services such as Vector Vest, believe the first half hour should not be traded, I disagree during bull markets. The first half hour has been opportune continually over the past two years for entry into everything from the market direction portfolio trades to Trading For Pennies Strategy trades to naked Put Selling in general. This is because the market remains in a bull phase so the first half hour is often the period used by investors and traders for making their movements and setting up trades for the day.
