Investors are sitting on their hands today. With the market slipping a bit ahead of this weekend’s OPEC-Russia meeting, there is more rumor circulating that Iran has no intention of any kind of production cap. Considering how devastating the years of embargo have been to their country, they seem intent on pumping as much crude as possible.
