Irene recently emailed me to share her success with the Trading For Pennies Strategy on the IWM ETF and to ask a question regarding pinpoint entry and exit points through a deeper understanding of the signals from the Fast Stochastic. Here is her email:
“I’ve now been using the “Pennies” strategy for 17 days and have made over $24,000. I do trade every day and I’ve begun to notice a few trends. First, my daily average is just over $2000 a day from the start. However my daily average has been steadily increasing as I have more experience with the strategy. I still have difficulty getting out of a trade early and have the tendency of waiting for a recovery. So far that’s worked well in this market but I still have 5 trades to recover. (she means she is still holding 5 trades that she has not closed)
I found your last article on “Tips (for entry points)” very helpful. I do have one question. Do you wait for the oversold or overbought “K” to stay at the extreme 0 or 100 for a minute or do you just let the trade go deeply into the oversold or overbought area before you then look at the other indicators?
