The latest economic news from Statistics Canada twill be released on Tuesday as Canadians get to find out how the economy performed in June and for the first half of 2015. I’m better on “poor”. The numbers are sure to get a reaction from the leaders in the ongoing federal election and indeed could sway voters to change their vote, but it also means looking at the TSX for trading opportunities.
I base my trading on Canadian equities on the pattern within the Toronto Stock Exchange. I believe the GDP number will provide me with the outlook I need to formulate the trade strategies for Canadian equities into the end of 2015.
