This year I have traded within two stocks in the retail industry, namely Walmart Stock and Family Dollar Stock. Both have been star performers but right now investors are a bit hesitant with retail investors. On Oct 9 Family Dollar Stock pulled back on the earnings which were good but disappointed a bit. I took advantage and did some Put Selling but a different strategy would provide investors seeking a monthly income stream a nice level of of return which they can control as far as the amount being received. This strategy offers a bit more protection than what I currently have.
