Yesterday I outlined the trade I was setting up to take advantage of the Fed’s interest rate announcement.
This afternoon as markets moved higher following the Fed’s 2:00 PM announcement all positions were closed and a profit of 52% for one day of risk was realized. Here is the outline of the original trade and the trades done today to end this trade.
This strategy was designed to take advantage of the Fed announcements in 2015. None of the trades entered have failed to produce a profit this year.
